If you have a particular layout or guide you’d be interested in sharing with the community, we’d gladly give We look forward to updating the site weekly with new guides and layouts. We’re very proud to have launched this website and hope you have found the guide both helpful and enjoyable. We will finally add a merging line for the assembler outputs which shall send the encased industrial beams to a storage area or onto further manufacturing such as in our follow up guide for building heavy modular frames. One assembler should be set to 50% clock speed and the other two at 100%. Set all three assemblers to encased industrial beams. At this point we shall feed the front output of each splitter into the first assembler and we shall run two more splitters on both the top and bottom manifold feeding into the two neighbouring assemblers. On top of one splitter stack a second splitter, delete the splitter beneath. They should be parallel to the previous merging lines for the concrete and steel beams. In the sixth row we shall now place a double manifold, start by placing two splitters flowing forwards just in front of the closest edge of the sixth row. If done correctly the middle assembler’s inputs should align with the two merging lines we constructed previously. Now we shall place three assemblers facing forwards in the seventh row, start by placing the first assembler so that it spans the first and second column, the two assemblers following should be placed next to this assembler. Part 3 – Encased Industrial Beam Assemblers From here ensure these four constructors are set to steel beams. At this point we can connect all the manifolds with conveyors, the steel ingot manifold will require a MK3 belt. We will also place splitters in front of the first three constructors’ inputs. Then place a merging line along the outputs, the three mergers should be flowing forwards and flush against the first three mergers of the concrete line. In the fourth column place four constructors facing towards the centre of the grid from the first, to the fourth row. Next we shall place the four constructors that are producing steel beams. Finish this section by setting all constructors to concrete. My mergers are placed spanning the border of the second and third column. On the output side of the constructors place a merging manifold flowing forward. Once done connect the conveyors to the manifold and the five constructors, as we have over 120 items on the belt per minute you will need at least a MK3 conveyor along this manifold. Note that with the constructor flush against the splitter, our constructors should be spanning both the first and second column. Next place a constructor flush against each splitter as well as a fifth constructor in the fifth row. Place four splitters in the middle of the first four foundations along the first column's border edge. Our first priority is to place down the five constructors used to produce concrete. In order to build this factory layout you will need the following requirements:Įncased Industrial Beams Super-Efficient Build Guide This build will be clean and compact with screenshots included for each step of the way. The aim of this layout is to produce a total of 15 encased industrial beams per minute, which shall be used in a follow up guide for heavy modular frames. However, make sure the standard attack that you choose can work well with your chase skills and summon for consecutive combos with other ninja characters in your team.Ĭhases and Attacks a Low Floated unit, causes Repulse. If you choose to go offensive with Water Main even after level 65, Monster Strength can be a good standard attack. Monster Strength is a good offensive standard attack. The third standard attack is pretty good as it has a great chance of causing Acupuncture that disables the ability of the opponent’s unit to use mystery skill. Until you reach level 50 and above it is better to use offensive standard attacks with Azure Fang, unless you manage to obtain super rare ninjas where you can use her to support those ninja characters. At early stages, as mentioned earlier you will be lacking in huge damage inflicting ninja characters. You have to resort with the Taijutsu Attack till you reach level 35 where your Healing Jutsu gets unlocked. Will also cause light damage to this unit and the opponent’s units in the front row based on this unit’s maximum Life points. There is a chance of healing 2 units with the least Life Points, insead of healing only 1 unit.Īttacks the opponent’s unit in the front row and has a given chance of causing 3 COMBO, Acupuncture and Knockdown.Īttacks the opponent’s units in the front row and has a high chance of causing High Float. Heals 1 unit wioth the least Life Points from your Lineup and disperses all Debuffs on the selected unit. Standard Attacks Standard AttacksĪttacks the opponent’s units in the front row and has a fiven chance of causing 3 COMBO, Low Float and Critical. It is best to use Regenerative Healing Jutsu as your main mystery skill during the mid and late game and support your whole team. However, if you’re against a team with strong shield and buffs, this mystery might help you removing the shields and buffs for a particular unit. I’ve never tried using Skewering before for Water Main. The Regenerative Jutsu will be useful in the mid and late game when you use Water Main purely for healing and Debuffs removal. If you have your Neurotoxin passive skill activated, you have high possibilities to cause chaos to your opponent units. The 2nd Mystery skill, Water Style Super Shark Bomb deals a great AOE damage. The first mystery, Water Style Poison Fog will be useful for you until you unlock the 2nd mystery skill. It would be great to use offensive mysteries until you get some rare or super rare ninja characters. At the beginning of the game, you may want to use Water main for offensive purpose as you will be lack of ninja characters with high damage output. Water Main has 4 offensive damage inflicting mystery skills and one overpowered healing skill. The selected unit will also suffer from High Float. Recovers 25% Life points ( based on the unit’s Ninjutsu base attribute) for the units in your Lineup and will also cancel all Debuffs which the affected units be suffering from.Ĭauses Water attribute damage to the selected unit, will cancel the Shield and Buff on the selected unit. This skill has a high probability of Critical Hit and Critical Damage. Like all the other main characters, Water main have five talents in Naruto Online game.Ĭauses Water attribute damage to the opponent’s entire Lineup and Poisoning.Ĭauses Water attribute damage to up to 4 of the opponent’s units, moreover, the selected unit will suffer from Knockdown. But it all depends on your objective, if you think Azure Fang is a suitable main character to choose and build your team around her, go for it. As you won’t encounter high Debuff causing team in early stages, I would suggest you to choose other Main characters if you want to have an aggressive start. The healing mystery used by Water Main also helps to remove Debuffs which will be extremely helpful in later stages of game. If you ask me, I would resort Water Main for Mid and Late game as the CC control, Poisoning and Healing really helps the entire team. You can choose Azure Fang as your main character if you’re looking for good CC and Healing at early game. What you need to know about Water Main Azure Fang Let’s move on to Water Main / Azure Fang guide. Naruto Online: Wind Main / Breeze Dancer Guide Naruto Online: Earth Main / Crimson Fist Guide Naruto Online: Fire Main / Scarlet Blaze Guide Naruto Online: Lightning Main / Midnight Blade Guide I’ve already written guides for four main characters. This guide will be on Water Main who is also known an aggressive support with low damage output, Azure Fang. This is my fifth and final guide on the main characters. As I’ve missed my schedule to create guides for Wind Main and Water Main, I’m doing it simultaneously at the right time. I think it would be cool if Windows 11 displayed the GPU and CPU temperature in the Game Bar widget. You may have a completely different experience with it, but if you should run into issues, try removing the application to see if it helps fix the problem. As strange as it may sound, these issues disappeared after I stopped using the program. Even without overclocking or undervolting or other shenanigans of the sort, I have had crashes and bluescreens occur on my desktop. You may also try other options such as NZXT CAM, Libre Hardware Monitor, MSI Afterburner, HWMonitor, or Sidebar Diagnostics.Ī word of warning, I have never had a good experience with MSI Afterburner. My recommendation is to use Open Hardware Monitor, it is an open-source tool that comes in a portable archive. If you need something extra, you can use third-party programs for the task. The Windows 11 Task Manager provides a decent way to monitor your computer's hardware, but it is kind of basic. Games which are poorly coded or have some sort of DRM can be taxing on the CPU and the GPU. If nothing helps, you may want to look up whether it is the game or graphics driver that may be causing the issue. Reducing the graphics settings in games, and closing programs that are running in the background can also help you keep the thermal conditions in check, and may even give you a minor FPS boost. Some hidden features can be accessed via the options menu, like plot CPU performance as a graph, log sensor information. It offers a basic UI that only displays CPU information like clock speed, temperature, memory load and hard disk performance. However, if you find the temperature levels are higher than what they normally are in other games, check your computer's vents and fans for dust. 3) Open Hardware Monitor: Open Hardware Monitor is a no-nonsense tool. It's nothing to worry about, that's what is designed for. The GPU's temperature will rise when you play games, watch videos, etc. That's all you really need to keep an eye on your graphics card. The section at the bottom shows some readings, these indicate the resource usage of the GPU, including the GPU temperature, memory utilization, driver version, etc. Note: If you have a dedicated graphics card installed, you will need to select the appropriate GPU from the sidebar. The right pane of the Task Manager will change to display some graphs, that indicate the recent performance level of the graphics card. Switch to the performance tab, and click on the GPU option on the sidebar. Windows 10 users may be aware of this basic functionality in the operating system. Press the Ctrl + Shift + Escape keys together, and the Task Manager should pop up. The best part is that you don't need a third-party tool for this job. How to check the GPU Temperature in Windows 11īut if you are worried about the computer, and want to monitor the system's performance in Windows 11, there is a very simple way to do it. The fans help control the flow of air in the computer, to prevent the graphics card and processor from overheating, which in turn prevents performance throttling. It is not a problem, this is the way PCs handle the change in the thermal levels. A port city on Lake Superior, Duluth is a popular tourist destination in Minnesota. Without the optics, none of this stuff is all that impressive. Instead of adding in extra eyepieces, a near worthless “smart” handset and a guided audio tour of the sky they should have worked to deliver a better optical product. Accessories and upgrades are nice but if the optical tube itself is bad, it doesn’t matter. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. It works well and looks sharp.Īll in all, they tried their best to include solid upgrades in this department and they almost rescue this telescope. The tripod is a little wobbly but overall, better than some that I have encountered out there. Don’t worry, it still works with your phone app too. They clearly made the mount readily marked to try and play into their included handset. Most of the time, I don’t pay attention to the mount but this one stood out. This makes doing fine tuned adjustments easy to do. It is well marked with positioning dials on both axes. I don’t usually say this but I really like the mount on this telescope. A 2x Barlow scope is featured in an image on their website but I never received one, so that is up for debate. Instead of a single eyepiece, they have included three (4mm, 8mm, 12.5mm). Unlike the hastily included “smart” technology, the Bushnell Voyager Reflector Telescope does have some solid upgrades to go along with it. Instead, they have included this handset in order to try and trick you into thinking you are getting these features when you are not. If it had a large database of obscure objects, an automatic positioning system to align your telescope for you or an automatic mount which found and tracked objects on its own, then it would be a different story. This feature truly adds nothing to this telescope. There are books, and there are charts, there are a dozen other things better than the included handset that do the same job. There are applications for your smartphone designed to guide you to your favorite night sky objects. With modern apps and programs, you get rich visuals, advice, a full view of the sky, a list of nearby objects, and so on. There is no reason why you would use this handset over say any of the dozens of high-quality night sky apps you can get on your phone or Starry Night, an easy to obtain a piece of software that helps map the night sky for you. The screen only displays very basic information via digits and letters. Without a goto mount or any sort of other computerized features, this only serves to try and do a job that much better software has been doing for years. Their system works off of an LCD handset which comes included that is supposed to help point you to planets and constellations. It sounds good on the webpage but the problem is, it just doesn’t work that well. Future Tech, Kind Ofīushnell boasts that they have included an “illuminated smart mount” which is supposed to “point the way” to your favorite objects. However, the difficulty level that it took to get any images at all to appear in a viewable way might turn off the complete novice to begin with. With a focal ratio of f/9.2, this telescope is giving fairly narrow views compared to some similar models.įor the complete beginner, they might not notice the drop in optical quality. Up until I fussed with the telescope for a while, the images were bad and they never really became good.Īnother issue could be the short focal length of this telescope. Once everything was aligned the way I wanted it, the images weren’t bad necessarily, they just weren’t great. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the included eyepieces or something with the quality of the mirrors or some kind of collimation or focusing quirk that I just wasn’t understanding. Even when I had everything lined up properly, focused where I wanted it and stable the images just weren’t as good as similar models. Images rarely looked sharp and focusing was a chore. The problem is, the image quality just isn’t all that good. It is a basic Newtonian reflector that aims to give you the ease of use and image quality of similar Newtonian reflectors. That is a standard size for a telescope at this price and for this kind of audience. So-So Optical QualityĪt 76mm the aperture of the Bushnell Voyager Reflector Telescope isn’t bad. Overall, I would say your money is best spent elsewhere. If you want to try and take a flyer on a newer brand with a focus on added value, you might be able to find something here to like, especially on a budget. Glen Dromgoole at the Abilene Reporter-News reviewed the book about Blue Bell’s history in his column February 18, 2007, “Blue Bell Ice Cream, a Texas Staple, Turns 100. Part of the joy of a well-working free enterprise system is finding a well-run local company, with a unique product.īlue Bell could make a fortune bottling their success formula, too, in addition to their ice cream. Blue Bell is a standout, an almost-local brand, with limited distribution. As I noted earlier, Snelgrove’s in Salt Lake City is now run by a national ice cream giant - even Ben & Jerry’s brand is now owned, produced and marketed by a national marketing giant. Large conglomerates often own even nominally regional brands. North America is a big continent, with international brands that work for international consistency of products, so that the company’s customers get the same experience regardless where the customers are - think McDonalds, Burger King, and Coca-Cola. If you’re near Houston, you would be well advised to make a side trip to Brenham to tour the Blue Bell ice cream factory (plus, the bluebonnets will be in bloom shortly). Though the production is limited (and I believe it is still true that all the ice cream is made in Brenham), so it is available only in 17 states concentrated in the southeast, the brand is the third best-selling brand in the U.S. Initially, the role of the company was to produce sour cream butter from surplus cream produced in the area. Snelgrove’s on 33rd South in Salt Lake City is tradition in many families (Snelgrove is now owned by Dreyer’s, but still operates as Snelgrove in Utah) (Update, July 2008: Snelgrove’s is dead). “The fact that there’s burnout and problems with retention and recruiting because of the work environment is, in my opinion, probably one of the longer-term consequences of the pandemic,” he said.Īugust said in his experience at Kaiser Permanente, employees were “very proud” of their work. Kominski said he believes the health care industry and its workers have yet to rebound from the pandemic. Kaiser cited rising costs and pandemic-related disruptions for the multibillion-dollar losses. However, Kaiser took a profit hit during the pandemic, reporting a net loss of more than $2 billion in the first six months of 2022. That means Kaiser executives providing relief on increasing premiums to consumers, and relief to their battered frontline health care workforce in the form of improved staffing and retention.” “It’s time for Kaiser executives to invest those resources in addressing the desperate needs of Kaiser patients and frontline health care workers. The Kaiser model has certainly proven effective at generating billions in reserves for the company,” said Renee Saldana, a spokesperson for SEIU-UHW, the largest union representing Kaiser workers on strike. “Kaiser executives must address the Kaiser short-staffing crisis that frontline health care workers see getting worse at great costs to patients - patients who have seen their premiums going up along with their wait times. The coalition of unions that is striking against Kaiser Permanente has accused the company of hoarding profits despite its nonprofit status. Nonprofits are generally required to reinvest surplus assets back into the business, though they are allowed to reserve money for future unexpected expenses. During the first six months of the year, Kaiser Permanente reported a total net income of $3.3 billion. “One of the reasons that Kaiser has grown over the last few decades is because they offer quality care at an affordable price,” Kominski said.Īlthough Kaiser Permanente operates as a nonprofit entity, it generates billions of dollars in profit. Proponents of Kaiser Permanente argue that its fixed membership fees offer a financial incentive to focus on preventative care and keep patients healthy rather than performing a high volume of costly medical procedures. “If you join Kaiser Permanente, you are saying, ‘I’m going to see Kaiser doctors, and I’m going to go to Kaiser hospitals,’” said Gerald Kominski, a senior fellow at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research. However, except for emergencies and special cases, any care outside Kaiser Permanente’s system is not covered. Members can access a wide array of services through the system, including primary care, lab testing, telemedicine, mental health care, pharmacy services and even cosmetic treatments. Kaiser was designed to be a one-stop shop for all patients’ needs.
